1120 N. La Salle is nestled in a vibrant neighborhood minutes away from Lake Michigan and Northwestern University. The area is a cultural hub that holds the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Chicago History Museum, and The Hancock Observatory that not only overlooks the city, but also has views of four states. Grocery shopping is convenient with several markets to choose from: Whole Foods is a less than a mile away, Treasure Island Foods is down the block, and Goddess and Grocer is also in the area. Tenants have had problems with the customer service manager, citing trouble with miscommunications. However, the maintenance staff as well as the door staff have been commended for prompt and friendly service.
