When I chose to relocate from the North Shore to Chicago, I desired a neighborhood with classic vintage charm such as the Gold Coast, Lincoln Park and Streeterville, where stately elegant buildings have survived the test of time and continue to reflect the historical significance of these desirable areas.
I refused to accept the contemporary steel and glass highrises which developers for the sake of profit insist upon constructing which tends to overshadow the character and charm of of these yesteryear classics.

However, I did discover one developer, BJB Partners, who obviously remain steadfast in their commitment to preserve and restore the vintage character of Chicago's elegant neighborhoods!

Leasing Consultant and Building Manager, Laura clearly provides a high level of attention to the needs of the tenants and is diligently focused upon maintaining the tenants utmost satisfaction. Maintenance Engineer, Peter, fondly referred to as “Peter the Great”, swiftly expedites tenants requests and gets it right the first time! Our Night Manager, Rudy is our own version of “Dex”; always willing to provide a wealth of knowledge and history of the neighborhood in order to assist newcomers in navigating Chicago with confidence and pride and always with a congenial attitude.
