Would stay forever... ( over a year ago )

...if I could. I have lived in this building for about 2.5 years, and have been so happy with the entire experience. The location is GREAT. It's on a quiet, tree-lined street that is pretty calm 90% of the time (there is the occasional rowdy wedding across the street at a local restaurant), and if you take the 22 or 36 bus anywhere, the bus stop is less than a block away.
I lived in one of the few 1 bedroom apartments offered in the building, and it felt SO spacious (two walk-in closets). I can't comment to the size/convenience of the studios thought. And because it's an older building, I think it was built a bit better than a lot of newer construction. I hardly ever heard my neighbors. The walls do a great job keeping noise out of neighboring units.
Hot water and heat was always plentiful. Never had issues with either of those.
The on-site manager, Aner, is great. He is very responsive to maintenance issues you may have, and is friendly when you see him around. The building is kept very clean and tidy.
If you don't mind the feeling of a vintage building, this building is great. Great location. Great staff. Spacious 1 bedroom living. I can't say enough good things.

I have lived here for 5 month now and I have nothing to complain about. The building is kept very clean and things get repaired in a timely manner. The management is friendly. The location is convenient to everything. Parking can be a problem if you come home after 8PM, other than that, never more than a block of walking.
Only downside is the laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers for, I believe, 96 apartment. Plus two of them are usually broke. But there is a Dry Cleaner in the building.
