If I did recommend this place to others, I would definitely make sure that they know to watch out for management. I have had my apartment flooded and was refused compensation until the matter was pushed. There have been several floods throughout the winter (at least 5-6 that I know of)-some happening to the same residents! I also know that requests to check for mold were refused by management saying it was too expensive even though the resident was clearly suffering from mold allergies (in an apartment they were moved to after a flood happened next door). Other than these occurances, the place has nice amenities and is in a great location (although it is too overpriced). The maintenance staff and doorman are all very nice and friendly. AND it is a dog building with no current weight restrictions. Hope this helps!
