My mother and I went to sign a lease renewal with XL Property Management on a Saturday. We went without an appointment because the "Manager" Steve Warnelis does not return phone calls. He was in his office and became enraged that we came without an appointment. He came out side YELLING and pointed right into my mothers face and said, "I HAVE THE POWER TO TERMINATE HER LEASE" I think this is a very unstable person that should not be managing property let alone deal with people.
