Not Safe, Management Is Terrible

They are always changing the managers. The building is not safe and it is not clean, the elevators are always with problems. the worst part is that after you move in, forget the managers! Whatever you ask them to do, even the most simplest and costless thing, they will not do. They may even say they will, but you will wait and wait and nothing will be done. I recommend Hyde Park Tower or even a small building (three floors) , it will be safer and the managers will be probably be better. The UofC rental office is a good place to start your search.
