NO Heat, NO Parking, NO Maintence, NO Fitness Center, NO Storage Unit, NO Security, NO A/C, NO Cleaning, NO Compensation, NO Responsible & Care by Management, NO Amenities, NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!

After getting a huge group of tenants together and going to the management office time and again, finally we have got them to start doing their jobs. They fixed the trash shoot, but problems still remain.

You know that $125 a month for a parking space that people pay for, yeah they will not be shoveling the snow out between your cars like promised. Then there is that rent amount of $900-1300, we were all sure that that included everything that is advertised as coming with the apartment like AC, Fitness Center, clean hallways and common areas, shoveled front entrance (that currently is so slippery that when a friend of mine was over he fell down, cut his hand open, and slammed into the glass), storage units, secure building, and heat.

But no none of that actually comes with this building. NO NO NO NO it does not come with this building. Those are all lies. You don't get any of that. Management will tell you one things, then delay in installing it, and then just give up and tell you that it is not happening and that it is your fault.

Don't live here, I beg you. For your own safety, happiness, and sanity please don't even consider moving into this apartment building.
