I moved there from Hyde Park Tower because they rehabbed the whole place, and I wanted more modern stuff. It appeared to be brand new. The reviews on here must be before the renovation. I had heat, I had a good experience, and I didn't have a car but there was parking lots all over the place? I think you should go check it out for yourselves. I only moved because I graduated.
