Horrendous! Avoid At All Costs!!

Someone from Beal must writing these other reviews. Beal lied to us before we moved in about whether we had central air. They mainteained the building poorly. A non-working toilet in the basement sat full of excrement for two years. My storage locker was flooded for 5 dys before they fixed it. THey are sneaky about the late fees they charge and when I left the apartment (thank god!) they found reasons to keep all of my security. All of my neigbors in our Beal building would agree. They are the worst landlord I ever had.
