Rodents!!

Rented: From 2005 To 2005

I have lived at a Beal properties apartment for 6 months. During this time, there have been rats all over the outdoor walkways, around the alley, in the laundry room etc. Recently, I discovered mice in my apartment. One fell from the ceiling fan and landed an inch from my leg. It has been over 72 hours, and the exterminator still hasn't come, and even then, he will only set up traps. The management has been nothing but rude and condescending to me. I have had nowhere to stay the last three days (I refuse to live with rodents) and Beal Properties has done nothing to help me. Not only that, but I discovered a large leak in the ceiling and it hasn't been repaired in over a month! Do NOT rent from Beal Properties, the units may look fine at first, but don't rent one unless you like living with rats and mice.
