Review for Beal Properties Apartments

I don't like renting, but needed a place in the city for a short time and BEAL helped me and they were GREAT about it. THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. I needed a place for 4 months, but they said they usually offer a 12 month lease. They ended up getting me in touch with one of the current tenants who needed to break their lease early. Which totally helped out the person who needed to get out early. I saw the apartment and was in a time crunch and took it on the spot pretty much. I was thinking I made a fast decision, not having any time to really look into the company's background. Well, I didn't need to because they are a GOOD company and worked everything out for me! They made things easy and smooth and I hate renting, but loved dealing with them. PLUS, the guy that needed to leave his lease early was happy because it saved him a lot of money he would have lost if Beal didn't work this out for him - - - and me!
