Let's see ... I've had a furnace problem with took more than a month to fix, and not until I threatened to start deducting rent (which I did), a carbon monoxide problem from my old furnace which took about the same time to change, water pressure and lack of hot water issues, the engineers occasionally don't speak English and are difficult to communicate with, and when they do they are very rude and show up without notification --

and right now I have a mold problem from water damage to my bathroom ceiling and bedroom wall that has taken more than three months to fix, which didn't get any notice until I told them I'd start deducting rent. It's been 20 days since my notice, and the engineers are two hours late, and there's no hot water at the moment.

The laundry room only takes token, which frequently jam or do not work entirely. Tokens are $1.25 each, and can only be purchased from Beal.

Don't sign with these crooks.
