I read the previous post and am baffled. First of all, there is no way the bugs would come the day the a new compamy buys the building. Obviously a disgrunted person in general, not tenant. Second, I was broken into in my last apartment. It ws not the building owners fault, or doing. Get real and get a life. I love my apartment and this building, and have found the new owners as great and a helpful as the old owners. They are not here to babysit us or act as our life counselors, or therapists, which is what it looks loke the previous poster needs. I just renewed. Can't beat the location or apartment.
