Rented: From 2006 To 2006

Landlord is not nice. Handyman/men are NOT prompt. Water pressure sucks... no airconditioning, don't believe the people trying to sell you on the place. It does have hardwood floors and is close to Broadway... Management is just, well, hard to deal with. Must constantly call if you want anything.
