Review for Beal Properties Apartments

Only one word can describe this place: terrible. Beal employees are the gatekeepers of the seventh circle of hell. As of this posting, our toilet is leaking urine on the bathroom floor and the building "engineer" refuses to acknowledge any problem. He also lied for several weeks, promising to fix the leaking bathroom ceiling and failing to even show up. Beal was also shockingly slow to replace an oven which was leaking gas, taking nearly three weeks. As a final caveat, I've seen varieties of insects in this apartment I would only expect to see in Costa Rican rainforests.
For the most part, the tenants are as awful as Beal employees, at least those above our unit. These idiots find absolutely nothing wrong with blaring rap music all day and running around with their dogs at 4 A.M. And Beal, of course, refuses to intervene in any way. Ultimately, this is a crap apartment with crap neighbors and a crap property management company. Avoid this dump like the plague.
