Rented: From 2008 To 2009

I have been at 711 for almost a year and it is terrible. I have had roaches all summer (not just a few, many), terrible water pressure, leaking windows, paper thin walls that let all sound travel ( my neighbors dog barks non stop), mold and terrible urine smells in the staircases and halls.
The bitches in the office are rude and not helpful.
The laundry room floods when it rains, and what looks like mud/sewage coats the floor. 2 of the washers do not spin, thus leaving you with soaking wet clothes that costs another 1.75 to wash.

DO NOT RENT HERE!
