Not a bad place ( over a year ago )

I am a medical student who moved from California to Chicago. My wife and I used to live in a standard 2bdrm flat on Loomis before moving to circle park. We really like our 2bdrm, 2story townhouse. Its way bigger (ie. walk-in closet here is the same size as our bedroom on loomis) and actually cheaper than the old place. Some neighbors are roudy- but totally mind there own business. And both of my direct neighbors are really great people with families. You get in-unit washer/dryer, parking right out front of your unit and private entry to what is essentially your own home. I feel safer here in Circle Park than I did on Loomis where you have to park in alley's with homeless people rummaging through the trash.
I think the main reason why people complain about this place is living in the standard apts. The townhomes offer much more privacy and overall space.
