Rented: From 2004 To 2006

This is the worst apt building I've ever lived in because of: Poor lighting, cheap management, smell of smoke, noisy, exorbitant rent for the amenities, and did I mention cheap management? Oh and the mail is really slow (for ex. getting mail coupons 2 weeks after they're valid and after they're expired).
