Good things: Parking is excellent, good heat, new windows, new kitchen. Bad things: The owner refuses to put money into this building for security. They will not even to put up a back gate after numerous burglaries. I finally just stopped buying nice things because I have been broken into twice. The management is extremely slow at having anything fixed or cleaned, let alone updated or painted in the public areas. If you can't afford the finer areas of Chicago and don't have nice things to steal or mind an old building filled with foul odors, rent here.
