Noisy And Elevators Never Work!

I have lived here for a year now and can't wait to move out. Although the rent is cheap you definitely get what you paid for. The noise level is ridiculous I lived below someone who would only talk on the phone at 3AM and I could make out every work of their conversation. You can literally hear people going to the bathroom upstairs from your bedroom. Also, there are 2 elevators here that are always out of service. Try moving in to your 10th floor apartment with no elevators! Overall I have lived in other great Lake View Associates apartments but I would have to say pass on this one.
