Review for Mac Property Management Apartments

This company is a great example of a typical greedy and unethical company. They promise you something and they never do it and they never apologize for it. They promised me to move in to a specific apartment on the 5th of the month, but the apartment was not ready by then. They then delayed me some more time and put me in another uncleaned apartment.They then charged me extra by mistake and they said they will reimburse me, but they never did and claimed that the apartment was not clean when I left. That's a big lie. I left the apartment cleaner than they gave it me. The apartment smells like shit all the time. It is so noisy since they have a seam heater that keeps knocking as if it is a drill. It drove me crazy and I could not sleep properly and I could not concentrate at work because if not getting enough sleep as a result of that noise. Its accountant is so rude and has artificial greeting that tells you "we will get your money as long as it is within the law, even if it is not ethical." When I signed the contract, they never gave me copies of it and basically, they are not professional at all. Man, I do not care about the money or about me, I really care about the poor people who live or will live there and get ripped off by this greedy company.
