We lived in these apartments for past 3 years, All i noticed is:
Pros:
1. Good security and Spacious apartments.
2. Well structured.
Cons:
1. Management is the worst.
2. No respect for outsiders.
3. Always after money.
4. Worst Maintenance, in-spite of complaining several times regarding the heating, a/c and about the equipment in the gym no action will be taken.3 years passed away but the equipment remain the same. Lack of maintenance caused Bed Bugs too.
5. By the way there is one thing they do perfectly do that is imposing fines on you, collecting there money timely and squeeze your money during the vacation time. They will charge thousands of dollars all together.
