This Place Is Horrible!

My grandmother lives here, and it is filled with vermin, the carpets in the hallways are filthy, and they just posted a note in the lobby that says they are raising rent 25% in one month. The ownership is shady as well, because as soon as they received a complaint about the rent (and ignoring all of the tenants' other complaints) management conveniently went on vacation. Most of the tenants are elderly. These people are heartless and slumlords. And I'm not even exaggerating here.
