Rented: From Pre1989 To 2009

This place was okay before the mid nineties (not the best, but at least it was somewhat livable), but as of now, it's trash. The conditions are horrible, you can only get hot water once a week, and the building staff members hide in their offices with closed doors and fingers in their ears whenever tenants have complaints. But WAIT! Have you always wanted pets? Well, now you can get some for FREE. But the only choices you have are mice and roaches. They ban the more friendly and cuddlable ones.

If you enjoy stress, frustration, and unbearable conditions, you can rent an apartment here for $1000 a month (they've raised the rent in only one month's notice...from $800-$1000, so you can guess how considerate the building staff is)! They still have no idea why half of the building has moved out already.

...Don't you try to get a lease there all at once.
