Review for Midway Gardens Apartments

I have never felt secure here. The parking lot is atrocious. The building has been neglected and looks really run down. The staff caused a flood in our apartment causing thousands in damages and the woman who is the president told us she would give us $100. The building has turned ghetto. Because of the financial mismanagment, the rents went up 30% in one month to cover the losses under her reign. Our rent went from $705 to 895 in 1 month.

The alderman asked her to take it ewasy on the older residents who live here cause its clos to UofC hospitals. She did nothing.

The place is quiet....cause everyone has left. More than 40% of the residents left because of the way the president screwed everyone.

I recently moved after 22 years. It didn't cost much becuase all of my stuff was ruined in the flood so I had to leave it behind.

Midway Gardens Sucks and I hope State investigates the president and her bullshit.
