Apartment Reviews for Millennium Park Plaza - Chicago

My wife and I have been here for almost 3 month now. You can't beat the location and everything's included except electric. The work out facilities and pool on the top floor are excellent...and included with the rent. We've had some maintenance that needed to be done which was completed in less than 24 hours. They have recently upgraded the fixtures and carpet on our floor...everything looks great. Certainly no complaints here. <P>

I have lived there 5 years and cannot believe how much cleaner it is since new owners came. I renewed my lease early when they called and they even threw in a small gift card. In 5 years no one else ever called me to see how I was doing there. Its close to work and I can park in the garage. The pool is the best and two exercise rooms. I read those other ratings. Those bad ones must be some body who got the boot.

I needed a place in a hurry and was welcomed there! First I stayed in a furnished place until my apartment was ready. It was all new with wood floors and new bath. The engineer even helped with two shelves I needed put up. Its clean..going through some remodeling but well worth the wait.

Front desk is 24 hours-cool guys down there. I am a GSB student and would live no where else

The staff are so much better than before. Wonderful assistance from leasing and housekeeping. We originally rented a furnished corporate and then moved to unfurnished.
We got a warm welcome! The building is so much cleaner under new management. How refreshing!

In 2001 I stayed there for 1 year and it was awful. Rude lady in leasing under old owners. She never took care of me. I have since met new management and appreciate their dilemma. They have really cleaned it up..clean halls, no more skateboarders or bums outside. They have class and have fixed all my compliants. Old management made me pay for window screens..unreal. Not the same now. I recommend it
