Washington Park, Jackson Park, and Rainbow Beach are just a few of the many tranquil parks in the area that provide recreational space for outdoor activities and relaxation. Just down the street from the building is East 71st Street that holds several convenience stores including Family Dollar and Walgreen's. Dining out is easy with a handful of local favorites in the area: Parrot Cage Restaurant offers beautiful outdoor seating, That's A Burger serves up a variety of burgers, and Italian Fiesta Pizzeria has pizzas that patrons continually rave about. One tenant was pleased with the complex, but found that the heating is inconsistent.
