I lived in one of the Okonski buildings for over a year. There were several things that didn't work when I moved in and were never fixed the entire time I lived there after MANY requests. The apartment was also extremely noisy. I could literally hear everything that went on in the apartment below me. My apartment also had serious bug problems. NOT worth the rent!!!
