This place is ridiculously infested with roaches. I can't believe I managed to stay the entire year. Never had I needed to have an exterminator EVERY MONTH. That's seems rather excessive to me.
The building seems to be falling apart. I almost got trapped in the elevator the other night. Plus, there's almost always a really bad garbage smell permeating the hallway. They also did not do any cleaning or painting whatsoever before I moved in. I found dead roaches in the refrigerator!
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
