The Landlord Is So Mean!!!

Rented: From 2007 To 2008

Due to I'm a foreigner so I have to pay 2 months deposit to the Landlord, now I move out for 2 weeks and the Landlord told me I can get my depoist back within 1 week, but I still not get my deposit back. When I called the landlord who hang off my phone impatient. Don't move in , they don't return the deosit.
