I have to disagree with the negative reviews posted previously. I am moving out of Chicago due to a job relocation and have found my stay at 521 W. Briar to be a wonderful experience. Whenever I had a maintenance issue Ivan responded very quickly and I have found Ned from Okonski Corporation to be very cordial when I have had any questions. I also never had any bug related issues in my apartment during the past three years. I would highly recommend Okonski Corporation and any of the buildings they manage.
