Review for Okonski Corporation Apartments

I highly recommend renting from Okonski corp! I have lived here for two years now and have always found my stay quite enjoyable!
The owner Ned is extremely accessible and works hard to make sure that as a tenant, you are comfortable and your needs are met. There is a list of several different phone numbers to reach him posted in the lobby and he always responds in a timely fashion!
The maintenance staff is fantastic. They live on site and therefore all problems are resolved extremely fast. Ivan, Drina, and Zadro are extremely nice and friendly and are very accommodating. Any problem i have ever needed fixed has been done so within a day.
I live in a one bedroom and I have to say, that for the neighborhood it is very spacious! When I first moved to lakeview I was concerned with finding a larger apartment. 535 W. Briar has the largest space for the least amount of money than any other place I looked at.
They have on-site parking for a reasonable price which I highly recommend. It is true that the space is rather tight, but it is easy to get the hang of. Plus, the spaces are large enough that you won't get hit or scratched if you are conscientious of how you park.
Finally, while there is a roach seen here and there from time to time, they do exterminate every month. Therefore, I would definitely recommend renting from Okonski. They are fabulous.
