First of all the Area manager Suellwyn Cates is the most racist person in the world. She has a habit of forming opinions of african american young men. If you do not agree with her or call HUD about something that has be negelected by maintenance she will try to have you evicted. If you are on the waiting list and is called in for an interview and need help filling the forms out, she will snap on you and throw your application in the garabage when you leave ( I have seen this happen). She has been involved in fraud and shows favoritism to certain employees. She does not like black people and has made it known. I don't even know why she is still involved with the company that hires her and why HUD has not investigated her. The apts are roach and mice infected. She talks all her stuff and belitte the tenants, but is so scary that she has security when she arrives and leaves work She is a verp prejudice and racist white *****!
