Besides the elevators issue, the windows leak and they have to seal your windows closed every winter.

Because of their heating system, you can freeze one minute and bake the rest of the time because you won't be able to open your windows.

The bathroom, kitchens, elevators and windows are over 50 years old.

There is no security and the place had a rash of storage room break-ins. So what does Planned Property do to protect you? They leave one of the exit doors open in the morning so anyone can walk in.

There are a lot of great landlords, Planned Property Manangement is not one of them.

The management either will lie to you or is just plain stupid. The building manager always asks, have you called the main office? So you call the main office and they ask, have you talked with Joe Ellis. I guess they figure you will get so fed-up, you will just drop it. Joe is nice but is a total retard who is never responsible for anything. Avoid Planned Property Management, they lie and they are just plain cheap!
