Apartment Review for Planned Property Management

PLANNED PROPERTY WAS FOUND GUILTY OF NOT PROVIDING ENOUGH HEAT on March 17, 2005 and was recently fined. They have yet another case against them coming up soon for this building and their 500 W. Belmont building.

Four more people have been stuck in the same elevator over the last two months and they still don't have a current certificate.

I think the prostitutes still live here though! The drug dealer is gone and the same idiot manager is still here.
