Apartment Review for Planned Property Management

In the time I have lived here, I really haven't had too many problems. For the money, the place really isn't that bad. I would say the best thing it has going for it is the engineer. Whenever I needed something fixed, it was done that day. My neighbors are also quiet, which was something I initially worried about. A few bad things...the elevators are sooo slow and it seems one is always broken. The lobby needs AC, the hallways always smell, and the outside of the building needs some updating. The management is friendly but you will mainly deal with Joe, who is nice in a very fake way but also pretty flaky. He is so bogged down with the complex that he is usually clueless as to who you are and issues you may have talked about with him the day before. Also, if you need to speak with him-make an appointment! You will wait forever in the office since he is the only leasing agent there.
