Apartment Review for Planned Property Management

I have had three nightmares living here. The first happened when my roomate lost her job and fell behind on her parking payments. The Planned Property parking collection group took it out of our shared rent account. When the problem was indicated to my roomate she cc'ed me on 2 emails to them, telling them that she did not want her personal parking account paid out of our shared room credit (the credit that they give you when you move in). I called to tell them they messed this up and they yelled at me and told me that our roomate was lying to us, and that I would personally be held accountable for the parking discrepancy if my roomate did not pay her parking. I almost laughed out loud in their faces when I head this. It is not legal or possible. But they sure did try to twist the rules to get their money! <P>
Also! : They have been sending people up to see our apartment for months to move in, when we specifically said we didn't want anyone to view our apartment since we have very valuable things lying around. This has happened 3 times. <P>
Finally, the average room temperature in our place was around 85 degrees during late spring, early fall, because they have the heat on 8 months a year with NO AC! Please listen to me! DO NOT MOVE HERE OR TO ANY PLANNED MANAGEMENT PROPERTY. <P>
