Apartment Review for Planned Property Management

Management is HORRIBLE!!!! I have actually sued these people. Overcharging late fees, I didn't get a receipt for my deposit. Every time I called I was disrespected because I had lost my job and could no longer pay the rent on time. So to be technical, I sued to get out of my lease--they were in violation anyway. <P>
I wouldn't recommend any of their buildings to my worst enemy. Go for a management company that has respect for those paying 10s of thousands of dollars a year to live in their buildings. <P>
