Apartment Review for Planned Property Management

During the time I lived in my apartment I didn't have a whole ton of problems, aside from the obnoxiously loud neighbors and their dog, which made sure that I was consistantly woken up at 4 in the morning. The building was old and kinda crappy, but the maintenance guy always fixed everything promptly. <P>
The problems that I had with this company began when it came time for me to move out. They would show my apartment NUMEROUS times every day, which was annoying enough, but what I later found out annoyed me even more. It turns out that my apartment had already been rented and they continued to show it. Not only that, after I called to request that they not show it any more, they continued to do so. Of course, once they knew I didn't want people in my apartment, they quit calling before they came over, trying to secretly show it while I was out. This resulted in several confrontations when they barged in unannouced while I was showering and also surprised a guest I had staying over. This is highly illegal and a gross violation of my personal right to privacy as a tenant. <P>
Oh also, the lobby and hallways usually smell like pee. <P>
DO NOT rent from this company. <P>
