Apartment Review for Planned Property Management

Probably the worst place ever and on top, expensive.
From the very beginning everything went wrong: i saw the studio and liked, signed and moved in. Then I realised how badly finshed the apartment was, painted and repainted spoilt the plugs around the place, faucets were constantly leaking and one window wouldn't open. I called head office and the answer was you have already signed, too bad.
Then i had water running down the closet wall, wall was ruined, took them 3 months to come and fix it: plumber came with a jackhammer!!!! did his work and left me with a hole in the ceiling. Two days after the ceiling from my toilet collapsed and almost kill me. 3 weeks after none from head office had called me to apologise or offer another place while maintenance took place.
Now I've got the renovation letter with an increase of 5%. YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME! When i said no, they didn't get it and offered me to move to other building as a happy customer I was. My ***!
