Avoid all Planned Property. They have no management and if they are not made to do something by the city, they don't.
They just don't care about the tenants and they attempt to abuse the tenants rather than fixing things.
If you use Planned Property Management, make sure they give you a copy of all the building and fire code violations and make sure the person signing your lease is a licensed Real Estate Agent or licensed Leasing Agent by the State.
We just a rash of break ins in the storage area. No one said a word about it.
Even though they offer $750 to anyone who recommends someone and they sign a lease, I know people who are not going to go for the money. They are telling people to stay away!
