Apartment Review for Planned Property Management

Planned Property put up the last two messages (dated the 17th) when they found out about the site www.plannedpropertysucks.com which has a link to this site.

There is NO on site manager. We have had to start a union to fight management. They are liars. Check the police, fire and building reports before you deal with planned property.

There were over 43 storage lockers broken into, and the building cleaned up the evidence, never notified the residence and didn?t call the police UNTIL the tenants union got involved. The police report RD number is on the site listed above. It is the listed under the 3130 N. Lake Shore Drive Tenants Union, not under planned property.

There is NO management. Their leasing agents at 3130 has no leasing license and their leasing co-ordinator has no license. They violate building codes and fire codes until it is turned over to the Fire Commissioner and the mayor.

Their 515 building is also going to start a tenants union.

Stay clear of all planned property.
