Apartment Review for Presidential Towers

Do NOT choose this place. It may seem like a nice/clean place during your first visit, but its horrible after the first week. Do not be fooled by all the nice amenities they have on the ground floor, its just a way to hide the truth about the place. Management is very rude, unhelpful and inconsiderate. My electricity went out and when I asked management to help out, they told me to deal with it on my own and my apartment went 3 days without any electricity.

They built a new lounge on the third floor with free Wi-Fi but after they opened it, they banned people from allowing to plug in their laptops to any power outlets, in fact they got rid of the power outlets. Kind of defeats the purpose of the new lounge.

Also construction goes on in the area at 2am and there is nothing you can do to block the sound.

Additionally, I was in the leasing office, and a tenant came in to ask if he could get a pass for his wife to stay with him during July, a summer month, and they said she could only stay for two weeks maximum and then would not be allowed to stay in the building. Your own family can't even stay with you!

Management really needs to learn how to treat customers and tenants. If you sign up with them, you can be sure they will treat you like crap, take as much money out of your wallet as they can and not help you out with any problems you may encounter. Your choice.
