The Lex is located just outside of the heart of downtown Chicago, near the shore of Lake Michigan. Several universities, including University of Illinois Chicago, Roosevelt University, and East-West University are within miles of the apartment complex. For a little culture, residents can walk a half mile inland to Chicago’s Chinatown, or check out the Glessner House Museum near the lake. For entertainment, tenants can head to Tommy Gun’s Garage, The Shrine, or Reggie’s Music Joint for some drinks and live music.
