I have lived here for four years and finally bought my own place. But these units are great. The one bedroom duplex is a great layout. The kitchen and livingroom on the first floor w/bedroom and bath upstairs. It really feels bigger then it is. The "temporary parking" in front is a real plus for anybody visiting you, with the blinkers on i have left my car there virtually overnight. Otherwise, the parking isn't too bad if you don't have a indoor spot. Management is alway available. The building engineer is very timely ( he fixed my dishwasher within two hours of my call)
