It is not that bad ( over a year ago )

I lived at 1705, When i first moved in it seemed like we were having constant inspections cause they were trying to sell the company, u can see how this would effect a private person. When my frig broke they had someone come look at it that day and replaced the whole unit the next so that was good. My neighbors were good and kept to themselves as did I, aside from the new people downstairs who loved to smoke weed they never caused me any problems. The one real problem I have is the sassy office workers. I am not sure which one would always answer the phone with a sassy attitude but I can tell you about LUPE MARTINEZ, Ast Mgr, She should not have a job that requires her to talk with people. One last thing I cleaned that place fit for a king when I moved out so expect these charges when you move out 50 dollars for having the carpet cleaned and 50 dollars to paint the walls. I asked LUPE why i was being charged for something the company already does prior to a new tenant moving in she said the person before had to pay for it and the person after you will have to pay for it also. Maybe they should tell you about that before hand. Lupe also said f@#$ you I don't have to listen to this s#$t when I said she was being sassy. REAL CLASS ACT LUPE

We moved here sight unseen from another state. I can say I am usually the one who b*#@%es about everything. This place isn't so bad. The place is clean. neighbors are nice and there's no bugs. If you take into consideration most places around here are well over the $1100 a month mark, you make do. We have new carpet and lots of light. The sinks a little slow and could use an updated look. The water is hard so that will just turn anyway. I have kids and so do the neighbors so the noise balances out. There's plenty of lighting and parking. I'd renew my lease.

We have lived here almost 5 yrs, I have not had any bad problems to this date. We either know our neighbors by sight or their names and our building all watch out for one another. Yes, I would reccomend the Woodlands of Crest Hill to my friends, I have in the past and I gotten my referral money in a timely manner. Whitney and all the office workers are just the best. <P>
