Review for Cla Enterprises Inc Apartments

They dont mail notifications to you they stick things in your door and expect you to get them... and if you dont it becomes your fault! Water bills are divided by the whole building and not just what you use! I had a sinlge apartment and there were apartments in the same building with 4 or 5 people in them and we paid the same water bill amout! The office takes at least 3 days to respond if your lucky. The apartment itself wasn't bad the managment just screws you over.
