All apartments are infested with BED BUGS and COCKROACHES. Treatments do not work and are not done properly.

Contact legal services and DO NOT MOVE IN

Bedbugs and cockroaches are everywhere, regardless how clean you keep the apartment. Since the level of infestation is extremely high it is beyond the control of individual to manage this problem.
