Review for College Square Apts Apartments

The apartments are very large/well sized and appear decent with new carpeting and large windows. However, there was a horrible roach infestation in my building, and after talking to many others...they all had them too. I'm not sure if we had a bedbug issue, but I wouldn't be surprised. Parking is ample. It's far enough away from the wild party side of campus. But the roach infestation would never go away, spraying did NOTHING. The office personnel were only good for taking your monthly rent, but were very unhelpful with other concerns. Oh, and when they "showed" our apt. to other prospective renters, they carelessly didn't shut the door quick enough where my roommate's cat got out and went missing for the day. Just keep looking elsewhere, don't settle for this...
I've rented with suburban estates and had no issues there. Star, Horizon, etc. I've heard are all poorly managed. But maybe things have changed in the last year or so... Good luck!!!!
