Review for Horizon Real Estate Management Inc Apartments

During several visits to the management office I heard Susan McMasters (president) screaming (at the top of her lungs) with other tenants. Initially I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed that she was dealing with unreasonable tenants, therefore, I dismissed her lack of professionalism. However, the day came when I had an issue concerning my apartment, so I visited her office to speak to her about it. A few minutes into the conversation she began to get flustered and began screaming at me. It took all of my personal restraint to maintain my cool and professionalism. Even so, she continued to berate me in front of both her staff and other tenants. I had to end the conversation since it was obviously going nowhere. And I want to include that this was not the last time that I was the victim of her uncontrollable verbal assaults.
Suggestions for her and the majority of her staff - Grow up.
